No returns, refunds, or exchanges may be made for any e-liquids (including additives) purchased from thelegalhigh.eu. Only e-liquid purchased from thelegalhigh.eu is guaranteed to work properly with hardware purchased from there.

HARDWARE

Only manufacturing flaws are covered by the hardware warranty. The only items covered by our warranty are those that are sold by thelegalhigh.eu. Warranties do not apply to goods that are “used,” “refurbished,” “defective,” or sold on consignment to other people. Any warranty is invalid if there is evidence of abuse, tampering, or modification. If repair is not possible, hardware, including but not limited to batteries and chargers, may be offered for troubleshooting or replaced for comparable products of equal or lesser value.
